Quality Management System Improves Operational Efficiency and Enhances Customer Satisfaction
Massillon, OH – May 2, 2008 – U.S. Chemical & Plastics, a division of Alco Industries and a leader in repair, refinish, appearance and maintenance products for the automotive aftermarket, has earned ISO 9001:2000 certification.

Issued by the International Organization for Standardization, ISO 9001:2000 certification specifies quality management system requirements for organizations that need to demonstrate their ability to provide products that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements. It also helps enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.
