Las Vegas, NV, October 30, 2007 – The winners of VeriFacts Automotive’s outstanding quality awards, known as the ACE Awards (Achievement in Collision Repair Excellence), as well as the company’s other recognitions, the ACE Innovation Award and the ACE Commitment to Consumers Award, were presented at the 2007 Collision Industry Achievement Awards Luncheon, held in conjunction with the International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE). VeriFacts has established two ACE Awards to recognize outstanding performance from individual technicians and collision repair centers committed to attaining higher repair quality as measured through the VeriFacts Shop Coaching Program. To qualify for an ACE Award, collision repair centers must participate in the VeriFacts Shop Coaching Program for at least six months. The technician and shops that scored highest in their respective categories were presented the top award, with finalists being recognized with a certificate of repair excellence. The VeriFacts March Taylor Technician ACE Award was presented to Glenn Davis of ARA CARSTAR Everett in Everett, WA. “Glenn exemplifies all the qualities we look for when deciding on the winner of the Technician ACE Award,” stated Mark Olson, Chief Operating Officer of VeriFacts Automotive. “He has a positive attitude all the time, helps and mentors the other technicians in the shop and produces high quality. He is accountable for his work and strives to ‘do the right thing’ regardless of the circumstances.” The VeriFacts Repair Center ACE Award was presented to Fletcher Jones Motor Cars in Newport Beach, CA. Mark Claypool, Vice President of Operations said, “Fletcher Jones is a shop that makes a constant effort to be the best. They are extremely organized and have consistent quality, and the repairs they produce go beyond the industry standard.
