September 8, 2006, Irvine, CA – Assured Performance Network (APN), the largest network and co-op of independently owned collision repair businesses in the world, announced today that FinishMaster has been selected as a Preferred Distributor. The terms and conditions of the agreement will support the Assured Performance Members with superior service, competitive pricing, and national distribution. The total program is designed to assist the co-op members in their efforts to improve their procurement processes and regain the profit margins they need to remain competitive and profitable in the changing market.

FinishMaster has over 180 locations nation-wide to provide regional and localized service and national fulfillment to nearly all of the co-op partnering shops. The special services offered in the exclusive program provide innovative approaches to assisting Member-Partners in developing their paint departments into a turnkey profit center. FinishMaster will also participate as a sponsor of select educational and training programs offered by Assured Performance.

The Assured Performance Preferred Vendor Rebate Program was launched in the spring of 2004, and includes Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 3M, 1-800 Radiator, OE regional wholesale parts dealers, as well as insurance, and paint. Unlike other networks and franchise groups, rebates through Assured Performance Network are disbursed to the partner shops on a percentage of patronage basis with 100% of the profits returned to the co-op partnering collision businesses.
