This Primer is a high build primer surfacer uniquely developed for use by bumper recycling and refinishing professionals. PS3305™ Hydro-Prime™ is quick drying with excellent sanding properties. Montana’s improved resin technology provides excellent gloss holdout for basecoat/clearcoat and single stage topcoat systems.
