Customers Can Watch Vehicle’s Repair From Internet
May 10, 2006 — Johnson Auto Body, Inc. has launched an interactive website - www.johnsonautobodyinc.com - which shows customers a running picture diary of the repair of their vehicle.
The new site includes two useful features. The STATUS page is a progress report of the vehicles in the shop, updated daily with pictures. Customers can watch their car’s repair through all its stages. The TOUR page follows a heavy-hit repair on its trip through the shop, including a description of all the stages: teardown, repair, paint prep, paint, reassembly, clean, etc.
Features of the STATUS page include:
- Pictures of the work done at each stage of the repair.
- Daily informational updates on the work accomplished during the day.
- Personalized tracking of each customer’s vehicle.
- Specific information (estimate total, completion date, changes in status, etc.).
