UV21™ SolarSpeed™ UV Curable Primer Surfacer offers all the conveniences of a 1K, but when cured with UV light, it has all the properties of a 2K urethane. This high quality primer is Isocyanate Free, and requires no hardeners or reducers. SolarSpeed™ produces a tough, solvent-resistant film that is superior to many of the traditional acrylic polyurethane primers and versatile enough to be applied to many different surfaces. With unlimited pot life, you have less clean up and waste.

SolarSpeed™’s UV light activated agent reduces curing time by up to 80% - saving you time and labor! Two-minute cure time with UV Lamp compared to 15 minutes with a 2K urethane primer. It can be sanded immediately after UV cure. Surface is dry after exposure – no wiping residue before sanding. UV21™ SolarSpeed™ requires no flash time between coats and eliminates body filler staining. High volume solids means more square foot coverage with no edge mapping. It meets even the most stringent VOC requirements.
