STRONGSVILLE, Ohio, March 17, 2005 – Today, PPG Automotive Refinish announced the new spring training schedule for its MVP Business Development Seminars. These seminars provide valuable information on a broad range of topics – from financial analysis to production management – which shop owners and managers across North America can use to grow their business and improve customer satisfaction.

“Those in pursuit of continuous improvement can help assure their shop’s future growth and success,” said Bill Troyer, manager, training, PPG Automotive Refinish. “Utilizing the strategies and procedures outlined in these courses will enable shops to operate more productively and efficiently, enhance customer satisfaction, and earn more business opportunities and insurance referrals. ”

MVP Business Development Seminars were created through PPG Refinish as a way to provide shop owners and managers an opportunity to learn best practices. The spring seminars will be conducted throughout North America in the 16 PPG Business Development Centers, as well as other locations.

These courses are among the variety of educational and business-building opportunities MVP Services participants have access to throughout the year, which also include industry roundtable discussions and benchmarking reports.

“The PPG series of MVP Business Development Seminars examines proven strategies and detailed procedures utilized by successful shops for systematically improving a shop’s organization, productivity and profits.” said Troyer.

Class registrations are limited to PPG or Nexa Autocolor product users and are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
