February 24, 2005, Irvine, CA - Assured Performance Network, the co-op network for independently owned, best-in-class collision repair centers across the nation, announced today that it has promoted Kevin Caldwell to General Manager.

Scott Biggs, CEO and founder said, “Our business is exploding, and Kevin’s past leadership experience has been instrumental in this success. He will now play an even more critical role in managing the internal operations to ensure our commitment and delivery to our Member-Partners. It gives us all peace of mind to have someone we can trust and count on in such a critical role.”

Caldwell joined Assured Performance Network in July of 2004 after leaving his family collision repair business in Southern California. Caldwell will continue his involvement with industry groups and associations, but will stay focused on the day-to-day operations of Assured Performance Network at their new headquarters in Irvine, California.

In his newly appointed position as General Manager at Assured Performance Network, Caldwell will oversee general operations, financial matters, rebate programs, general staff management and corporate structure.
